The Digitalisation Innovation Programme: UKM SUKSES series aims to bring together entrepreneurs and small business owners through a series of events to deliver engagements for the SME community. Aligning with UOB’s commitment to small businesses, UKM SUKSES seeks to empower SMEs with workshops, seminars, and meet with like-minded entrepreneurs to grow their network.
Since its start in February, UKM SUKSES has hosted five separate events and has impacted many businesses thus far and will impact more in its future iterations.

Digitalisation Innovation Programme: UKM SUKSES held a digitalisation programme in collaboration with The CEO Building and Ayopajak. The one day seminar focusing on optimising business with smart tax strategies, leveraging digital solutions to streamline tax processes, boost efficiency, and drive growth.
This collaboration serves as a platform to further relationships between The CEO Building and its tenants and for fellow tenants to meet, learn, and utilize strategies from experience tax consultants to uplift their businesses and optimising workstreams with digital solutions.
Tenants of The CEO Building have expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to meet with tax consults and experts in the field and to learn more about the most effective tax strategies and digital solutions to improve internal processes and workflows.
Financial Foundations for Sustainable Startup Expansion programme is a collaboration with BLOCK71 Indonesia, curated for startups from different sectors looking to pick up financial foundations and sustainable startup expansion to fuel and sustain their exponential growth.
With startups growing and developing further, there is an increasing interest to expand further, this masterclass is designed to empower startup founders with the essential knowledge and practical skills to navigate the complexities of building and scaling a successful business. Participants will gain actionable insights into financial management, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making, equipping them to build resilient and profitable ventures.
The programme highlights UOB FinLab’s ongoing commitment to support Indonesia businesses and paves the way for future initiatives that foster innovation and growth in the region.
Digitalisation Innovation Programme: UKM SUKSES x The CEO Building conducted a workshop focusing on Health Talk and Business Solutions. The talk was hosted in collaboration with SKIN+ by Euromedica, Palang Merah Indonesia, Mendaya Hospital Group, and Indocare to share on their areas of expertise to the fellow tenants of The CEO Building.
Tenants of The CEO Building had the opportunity to roam around in an open booth concept to learn about various topics from our partners such as a skin check from SKIN+ by Euromedica, as well as blood donation from Palang Merah Indonesia, or experience mini MCU by Mendaya Hospital Group, and lastly, a metabolism body check by Indocare.
Alongside the health talk, UOB has also provided a business solutions sharing to showcase the suite of UOB offerings to further develop and grow their businesses to the next stage.

Digitalisation Innovation Programme: UKM SUKSES held a digitalisation programme with Atness Concept Pharmacy Store and its partners. The singular day programme was organised in collaboration with A+ness to facilitate discussions about the needs for accelerated growth and business transformation.
The event as a whole also serves as a platform to strengthen relationships between Atness, its suppliers, and UOB in the spirit of Halal Bi Halal. UOB believes that successful collaboration is built not only on professional connections but also on genuine support and mutual understanding.

Digitalisation Innovation Programme: UKM SUKSES held its most recent digitalisation programme to provide a sharing on Smart Tax Strategies for Businesses. The programme spanned across two days and was was organised in collaboration with the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO) of East Java. The aim was to enhance tax management practices and improving operational effect.
Remarkable women leaders such as DRA. M Zeti Arina SH, MM, BKP, CEO of Artha Raya Consultant, Chief of Chairperson of the Regional Tax Consultant Association of East Java were invited to the event on 29th – 30th April. They shared insights from their experiences in tax consulting, how they have uplifted businesses and how participants can do the same.
A mini bazaar session was also held to allow women entrepreneurs to set up booths and share their unique products with each other. Many participants enjoyed browsing through the catalogue and looking at what their fellow womenpreneurs had to offer.
The participants expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to network with fellow business practitioners and to expand their knowledge on WEPs, enhanced tax management practices, and women leadership to shape the next generation of entrepreneurs.
