About the Speakers
Tang Kah Heong
Senior Lecturer
Singapore Polytechnic
Mr Tang Kah Heong has more than 20 years of teaching experience and is currently a Senior Lecturer with the School of Business at Singapore Polytechnic.
He teaches subjects on Statistics, Operations Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management and supervise students to work with industry partners on process improvement projects.
Kah Heong is also the RPA Lead for Singapore Polytechnic. He established the RPA practice within the Polytechnic and has since conducted numerous Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workshops since 2017. The participants of his workshop span across different government ministries, statutory boards, agencies, MNCs and SMEs.
He has also conducted numerous mentoring session in RPA implementation with companies from across different functions and sectors.
