UOB Thailand launches the Womenpreneur: Sustainability and Innovation Programme
UOB Thailand is reinforcing its commitment to support women-led businesses in Thailand with the recent launch of 2025 Womenpreneur: Sustainability and Innovation Programme. This initiative, run by UOB FinLab in collaboration with the Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development (CEED), aims to foster a supportive ecosystem for Thai female entrepreneurs, connecting them with peers and providing access to digital tools and guidance to embrace sustainability in their operation, enabling them to drive long-term growth and impact.

Ms Piyaporn Ratanaprasartporn, Country Head of Channels and Digitalisation, UOB Thailand, said, “This initiative underscores our commitment to nurturing a thriving ecosystem for women-led businesses. With sustainability and innovation are becoming key priorities for businesses, the programme provides hands-on workshops, expert mentorship, and access to innovate tools and resources provided by UOB FinLab and its extensive ecosystem network, setting them on a path to sustainable success in a digital era.”

The 25 female entrepreneurs, selected from 185 participants in Bangkok, are from a diverse range of sectors, will be exploring new ideas, embrace technology, invest in digital tools and commit their time throughout the three-month programme from April to June 2025.
The programme reflects UOB’s wider commitment to fostering inclusive and responsible economic progress across ASEAN.
