About UOB SME Elevate Programme
The UOB SME Elevate Programme, part of the UOB SkillsFuture Queen Bee initiative by SkillsFuture Singapore, is designed to strengthen the skills and business capabilities of SMEs across all sectors. Through a comprehensive suite of offerings—including training courses, targeted skills advisory, mentorship, financial literacy, and networking opportunities—the programme supports SMEs in their transformation journey, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, digitalisation, and sustainability.
A dedicated SkillsFuture Manager will work closely with your business to assess its needs and recommend tailored training solutions to help both business owners and employees upskill or reskill. With up to 90% SkillsFuture funding available, participants can access curated learning tracks that build essential capabilities for digital transformation and sustainable growth.

Eligibility Criteria
- Registered or incorporated in Singapore
- Have a minimum of 30% shareholding held by Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs)
- Annual group sales turnover of not more than S$100 million; or
- Company size of not more than 200 employees

The UOB SME Elevate Programme aims to uplift and upskill the skills and business capabilities of SMEs, empowering businesses to respond effectively to industry trends, challenges and opportunities.
In collaboration with SkillsFuture Singapore, the programme focuses on providing targeted skills advisory, curated training pathways, business mentorship, knowledge courses and ecosystem support, in the areas of digitalisation and sustainability. It covers topics such as AI, sustainability reporting, decarbonization, data analytics, digital marketing and leadership development to guide and support SMEs and its employees in their journey of skills enhancement and workforce development.
The programme targets SMEs and SME employees. It is open to business owners, founders/co-founders, key-decision-makers and anyone who is keen to uplift and upskill his/her skillsets and/or enhance the business capabilities of the SME.
For SMEs:
• Annual turnover: Not more than $100M
• Workforce size: Not more than 200 pax
• Locally incorporated in Singapore
For SMEs:
- Must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents to be eligible for funding
The programme covers five main tracks: AI, data analytics, digital marketing, business transformation and sustainability. Our Skills Manager(s) will work with you to identify the relevant and appropriate training course within each of these thematics to attend. Eligible participants may be able to receive up to 90% funding for course fees.

There is no cost in registering for the UOB SME Elevate Programme. There will be a cost if you sign up for any approved SkillsFuture Training Programme. Eligible participants may be able to receive up to 90% funding for course fees.

advised to select course(s) which fits your availability, budget and learning
outcomes.
